At Karuta Sportswear, we are committed to your peak performance and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, we’ll help you find the right fit or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the gear remains in sellable condition during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned sportswear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
